At LightsAmerica, our showroom clients would run various manufacturer sales and promotions throughout the year. My job was to create the advertising banners for them to utilize on their websites. I directly collaborated with each client on what their needs were with the promotion details, and then developed different banners through Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
While working under the in-house creative services staff at Rust-Oleum, I was fortunate enough to edit, create and develop a wide variety of creative brochures. The highlights include redesigning brochures from the ground up or using assets from other pieces to tweak existing pamphlets. Servpro needed new EnviroShield brochures for their sales teams. I worked with the brand managers and marketing teams to rebrand and update the older brochures utilizing Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. The project was completed a week ahead of schedule.
Rust-Oleum Universal brand needed updated labels for its aerosol cans. The most important principle in labeling is conforming to all manufacture and government regulation. Labeling and packaging is tough because of how much information is needed in such a small space. The challenge was to problem solve what needed to go where, while still keeping it legible. The final result? Easily readable, sharp and eye-catching aerosol cans.
Our brand managers needed web advertisements for a cross-promotion with Lowe’s and Zinsser. My job was to develop eye-catching banners that adhered to brand standards. I collaborated directly with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, and created various options using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
